Pan roasted rump of lamb, savoy cabbage + braised shoulder fricassee, mint + potato bon bon, French onion jus

Tikka seared seabass fillet, masala pomme puree, roast beetroot, nilgiri pesto, 

okra + apple salad


CELERIAC

Roasted celeriac, fennel + Yorkshire blue croquette, wilted kale,
